Description

  • Apply data science, data engineering, and statistical best practices to select effective solutions.
  • Analyze customer and business data in depth.
  • Guide solutions from problem definition and ideation through data sourcing, experimentation, development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Manage and mentor data scientists, providing technical guidance and supporting their growth in a positive, learning-focused team while maintaining expected quality and performance.
  • Lead and oversee the team.
  • Develop, deploy, and assess models.
  • Meet with stakeholders and provide advice.
  • Address operational challenges with partner business units.
  • Work with the data management group to source, clean, and understand data.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated business impact through conceiving, delivering, and scaling machine learning and other analytics, including machine learning and big data.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring data scientists and analysts.
  • At least 2 years of consulting or leadership experience as a data scientist.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working on an Agile development team.
