Description
- Create tailored solution approaches and methodologies for client challenges
- Contribute to complex strategic, technical, and implementation projects
- Advise clients on strategy, governance, and processes across lending, real estate valuation, refinancing, risk management, and sustainability
- Develop consulting products aligned with client needs, market trends, and vdpConsulting AG’s strategic direction
- Help the Executive Board advance the company’s strategy and internal processes
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, business mathematics, or business informatics, ideally with a quantitative focus
- Basic programming and modeling experience is advantageous
- For Junior Consultants: initial experience in lending, real estate, or financial services consulting
- For Senior Consultants: at least two years of relevant professional experience
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Professional confidence and enthusiasm for working with clients
- A growth-oriented mindset and interest in innovative approaches
- Excellent written and spoken German plus good English
- Willingness to travel
