Description
- Secure internal approvals for incoming supplier invoices.
- Maintain invoice records in an internal accounts payable tracker.
- Check, code, and process supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements, investigate discrepancies, and respond to invoice queries.
- Help prepare payment proposals and track payment deadlines.
- Record and post daily bank statements accurately.
- Organize financial records in line with internal audit requirements.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student under 26 and pursuing weekend studies in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, economics, or a related discipline.
- Some practical exposure to accounting or accounts payable through an internship, apprenticeship, or junior position.
- Able to manage daily availability under a Contract of Mandate and adjust working hours to workload peaks such as month-end or quarter-end close.
- Intermediate English proficiency for everyday workplace communication.
- Advanced Excel skills.
