Description
- Deliver responsive customer service and sales assistance to key customer locations
- Prepare quotes for spot-buy requests arising from urgent demand
- Oversee assigned accounts through consistent sales and account-support activities
- Monitor shipments, maintain orders, manage backlog, expedite inbound deliveries, and resolve delivery problems
- Support inventory tracking and replenishment efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–4 years of industry experience, or an associate degree with equivalent relevant experience
- Strong time-management ability with flexibility to handle multiple tasks
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Excel; pivot tables and VLOOKUP are preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues around the world
- Must be a U.S. citizen because of federal government contractual requirements
