- Create social-first concepts, with an emphasis on TikTok and YouTube

- Coach and develop Influencer Marketing Managers and junior team members
- Oversee complex campaigns and uphold high quality standards
- Use KPIs, campaign insights, and performance data to improve results
- Propose fresh concepts and growth opportunities for clients
Requirements
- Bring at least three years of experience in influencer marketing
- Understand Gen Z audiences and social media culture
- Be enthusiastic about TikTok, YouTube, and digital trends
- Have a strong network of creators, talent, and management agencies
- Generate original concepts instead of relying on existing ideas
- Maintain high standards and close attention to detail
- Work in a structured, organized way and take ownership
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality
