Industrial Maintenance and AutoCAD Analyst

Description

  • Maintain plant and building infrastructure.
  • Carry out and track building maintenance routines.
  • Monitor and control the maintenance budget.
  • Create, update, and interpret technical drawings in AutoCAD.
  • Keep engineering documentation and drawings current.
  • Coordinate and track on-site engineering activities and projects.
  • Manage assigned TIF requirements and other regulatory processes.
  • Oversee compliance with food safety, quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements.
  • Identify workplace risks and promote compliance with safety rules and protocols.
  • Work with operations, production, maintenance teams, suppliers, and contractors to complete activities efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, industrial, electrical, or a related engineering field.
  • At least one year of experience maintaining infrastructure or performing civil maintenance in an industrial setting.
  • At least one year of project experience.
  • Experience interpreting, creating, and updating technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use AutoCAD.
  • Experience managing projects and supervising on-site work.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance management.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organization and document control skills.
  • Focus on safety, quality, food safety, and process compliance.
