Drive Arjo’s healthcare solutions sales across Singapore by building hospital relationships, converting new opportunities, and increasing adoption of mobility-care products.
Description
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and key stakeholders
- Find, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Expand existing accounts and increase product adoption
- Work with healthcare executives and key opinion leaders
- Create strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
- Analyze market and competitor activity to uncover opportunities
- Assist with product launches and commercial programs
- Keep Salesforce CRM records, sales activity, and pipeline data accurate
- Present products and provide solution-focused consultations and demonstrations to customers
Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, capital equipment, or a related field
- Prior experience selling to hospitals or within healthcare settings is preferred
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, commercially focused approach to sales
- Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Proficient with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- A degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field is advantageous
