Description

Design and implement interfaces with systems such as SAP, Microsoft 365, JIRA, and ITSM platforms including ServiceNow, Assyst, and Valuemation
Model, store, and process data using graph structures such as nodes, edges, objects, and verbs
Design and implement mappings from source systems to a target ontology
Build and maintain microservices
Develop REST APIs and integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases
Develop and deploy applications with Docker and Kubernetes
Assure software quality through unit, system, and integration testing
Collaborate within an agile Scrum team

Requirements

University degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of Golang and microservice development
Experience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, Assyst, and Valuemation
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with graph databases, ontologies, and data modeling
Experience with Java
Experience developing REST APIs and backend integrations
Advanced spoken and written English and German, with a minimum C1 level
Knowledge of knowledge graphs, agentic AI, or language models is desirable
Familiarity with German public administration contexts is a plus
