Description
- Build customer relationships and address merchandising needs through clear communication.
- Stock shelves and maintain or replace product displays.
- Represent Mondelēz to store employees.
- Partner with sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays.
- Complete store visits using Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
- Order products for shelves and displays using an iPad.
- Keep Nabisco brands stocked and displayed according to company guidelines.
- Follow plans agreed with store managers and report issues to management.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
- Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive, upbeat attitude.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have proof of auto insurance.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
- Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in DeRidder, Louisiana.
- Have open availability and be able to work Saturdays.
- Be available to start work at 5 a.m.
- Work 40 hours per week.
