Stock Mondelēz snack brands, create promotional displays, and place product orders in stores across North Richland Hills and Watauga. Support in-store sales while maintaining strong product visibility.
Description
- Meet customer merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display maintenance.
- Represent Mondelēz in stores, collaborating with sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays.
- Complete store visits in line with Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps.
- Use an iPad tablet to order products for shelves and displays.
- Keep Nabisco brands stocked, visible, and maintained according to company standards.
- Confirm negotiated plans with store managers are implemented and report issues to management.
- Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule.
- Support seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Represent Mondelēz with a positive, energetic attitude in stores.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently with self-motivation.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in North Richland Hills, Texas.
- Be available to work Tuesday through Saturday.
- Be available for a 5:00 a.m. start time.
