Description
- Create and improve web frontends for sensor applications
- Develop with modern frontend tools such as Angular, React, Vue, and TypeScript
- Maintain and extend Java desktop applications built with Swing/AWT
- Connect frontends to backend services through REST/HTTP APIs
- Refactor applications to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability
- Develop and implement UI/UX concepts with relevant specialist teams
- Improve usability, speed, and responsive behavior
- Use development practices and tools including Git, code reviews, and CI/CD
- Build software in an agile Scrum team and contribute to technical decisions
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, a comparable qualification, or vocational training
- Practical frontend development experience with technologies such as Angular, React, or TypeScript
- Knowledge of developing and maintaining Java desktop applications is an advantage
- Experience connecting frontends to backend services through REST/HTTP APIs
- Proficiency with tools and practices such as Git, code reviews, and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, usability, performance, and responsive design
- Organized and independent working style, with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
