Description

  • Commission and service heat pumps at end customers’ premises and system operators’ sites
  • Provide customer-focused telephone and on-site consultations for heating contractors’ customers
  • Support technical field service colleagues across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
  • Take part in on-call duty to provide customers with prompt support
  • Commission, service, and troubleshoot heat pumps in the Höxter area or around Fulda, Hünfeld, Schlüchtern, and Bad Hersfeld

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air-conditioning systems, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer
  • Additional qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred
  • Professional customer service experience, such as in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
  • Category 1 certification for refrigerant handling
  • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is advantageous
  • Valid Category B driving licence
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Strong customer orientation and willingness to travel
  • Technical aptitude and interest in heating solutions
