Experienced Accounting Associate
Experienced accounting associate managing client portfolios and tax filings at EXCO, a French audit, accounting and consulting network. Prepares annual accounts and supports business owners.
Description
- Oversee client portfolios spanning sole traders, agricultural businesses, artisans and commercial companies.
- Prepare VAT returns, annual accounts and tax packages.
- Produce financial statements and present annual accounts to clients alongside the chartered accountant.
- Complete tailored assignments such as dashboards, financial forecasts and performance indicators.
- Prepare personal income tax returns.
- Use digital tools to support clients’ accounting records and administrative organization.
- Contribute to advisory support for business owners.
- Report to the office manager and work with the chartered accountant.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree after three years of higher education or a master’s degree after five years.
- Have at least five years of experience in a similar position.
- Public accounting firm experience is preferred.
- Agricultural accounting experience is an advantage.
- Be curious, organized and methodical.
- Show a strong interest in digital tools.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
