Description

  • Guide clients from mortgage application through closing and address their concerns
  • Develop relationships with referral sources and industry professionals to promote the Rocket brand and help clients secure real estate financing
  • Review clients’ financial circumstances and recommend suitable loan products
  • Assess credit, employment, income, assets, property, and related documentation to determine financing eligibility
  • Develop mortgage referral networks and communicate the value of working with Rocket Mortgage
  • Educate clients about home purchases, refinancing, and mortgage management
  • Build and manage a book of business to increase referral activity and revenue
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients and referral partners
  • Keep current with loan products, qualification standards, and process updates
  • Represent Rocket Mortgage at civic and community events to support business development and lead generation

Requirements

  • Prior mortgage loan origination experience
  • Required state and federal licenses
  • Demonstrated success generating referrals and increasing lead volume
  • Professional communication, time management, results orientation, teamwork, and critical or strategic thinking abilities
  • Three or more years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred
  • Interest in working and developing within an entrepreneurial environment
