Event Design Coordinator — Remote Europe

Coordinate print and digital creative production for Tether’s global digital finance platform. Manage designers, vendors, event assets, timelines, and quality assurance across Europe.

Description

  • Act as Tether’s main contact for event-related creative requests.
  • Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue and vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
  • Identify conflicting schedules, unrealistic turnaround times, and missing information.
  • Provide designers with complete, well-defined briefs.
  • Manage multiple event workstreams across teams and competing deadlines.
  • Monitor active requests and proactively highlight bottlenecks.
  • Check creative deliverables for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed, trim, safe zones, file formats, and platform requirements.
  • Detect issues including typos, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution exports, broken links, and outdated logos.
  • Maintain a scalable quality-assurance checklist and review process.
  • Organize event assets, briefs, and deliverables in shared drives.
  • Keep vendor information, production specifications, and event learnings up to date.
  • Anticipate vendor, production, scope, and shipping risks and prepare contingency plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors and print and production partners.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with proactive status updates.
  • Serve as the link between business requesters and the design team.
  • Improve creative intake and review workflows continuously.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a substantial events focus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing print and digital production workflows.
  • Working knowledge of dielines, safe areas, RGB, and print-production requirements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Capability to handle several concurrent cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience reviewing creative work and providing designers with actionable feedback.
  • A proactive, risk-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.
  • Familiarity with design-review tools such as Figma.
  • Experience establishing shared-drive structures or asset libraries.
  • Fluent English.
  • Italian or Spanish language skills are a plus.
