Description

  • Serve as the primary liaison among Electrical Design Engineering, Electrical Production, the Panel Shop, ECC Assembly, Quality, and Process Engineering.
  • Provide daily technical floor support for electrical installation, assembly, and operational issues.
  • Maintain alignment between Electrical Production and ECC on manufacturing standards and execution.
  • Support the Panel Shop and electrical assembly teams in meeting engineering specifications.
  • Coordinate production priorities and requirements related to electrical systems.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical documentation.
  • Identify and escalate drawing discrepancies, BOM errors, and design improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering to improve manufacturability and documentation accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of engineering changes (ECOs) on the production floor.
  • Create and standardize work instructions and electrical assembly methods.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
  • Identify ways to reduce rework, improve production flow, and increase First Pass Yield.
  • Participate in root-cause analyses and corrective actions for electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
  • Facilitate communication and problem resolution between engineering and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in electrical manufacturing, industrial automation, electrical panel construction, or industrial controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Experience working in production and manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC, UL, NFPA, and IEC.
  • Experience with UL508A industrial control panels is preferred.
  • Conversational English for collaboration with engineering teams in the United States.
