Description

  • Partner with project and product teams to clarify business needs
  • Document requirements and help deliver digital initiatives
  • Lead discovery and scoping workshops
  • Evaluate business and commercial information
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
  • Turn complex requirements into practical, understandable solutions
  • Assist with testing, change management, and implementation
  • Work with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure solutions achieve meaningful business results

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in digital or ecommerce environments is preferred
  • Retail or FMCG experience is highly regarded
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements
  • Experience creating user stories and functional specifications
  • Able to convert business needs into practical technology solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Skilled in analysing data and business processes, recognising trends and opportunities, and recommending actions based on commercial and business impact
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at every level, including senior leaders and technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Experience collaborating with Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
  • Able to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions about requirements, scope, and prioritisation
  • Effective at contributing across multiple projects and initiatives
