Description
- Serve as the first contact for learners by email or on site
- Guide learners through course selection
- Answer participant questions and provide practical support
- Promote learner satisfaction through efficient, friendly, solution-focused service
- Handle administrative coordination and related tasks
- Help maintain smooth daily operations
- Support the establishment and growth of the business in India
Requirements
- Located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Available to work full time
- Strong customer-service orientation and genuine interest in supporting adult learners
- Fluent in English
- German language skills are advantageous
- Communicate confidently and professionally by email, phone, and in person
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Available to support learners Monday through Saturday
