Description

  • Design, script, and produce high-quality social media and communications projects aligned with brand strategy.
  • Create daily content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Conceptualize, write, and edit content natively in CapCut, TikTok, and Reels.
  • Track trends and brand opportunities, then deliver relevant reactive content each week.
  • Appear in front-camera content at the agency and on location.
  • Take part in photo and video shoots for content production.
  • Own each account’s social and creative quality while bringing brand strategy and tone of voice to life.
  • Monitor social media daily and share emerging creative trends with the team.
  • Support one or more Junior Art Director Assistants with graphic design work.
  • Help develop campaigns and activations for agency accounts and pitches.

Requirements

  • A degree in Applied Arts or Graphic Arts, or a bachelor’s or master’s qualification in communications, business, journalism, or creative studies.
  • Two to five years of substantial social media or digital and advertising agency experience, excluding internships and work-study placements.
  • Experience creating content for a brand or personal projects, especially on-camera or face-camera content.
  • Experience delivering work for high-visibility brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and advertising.
  • Deep understanding of social platform nuances and emerging innovations.
  • Excellent writing skills, impeccable spelling and grammar, and an unconventional, lightly humorous tone.
  • Confidence communicating with clients, appearing on camera, working on set, and pitching ideas.
  • Fluent C1-level English or a TOEIC score above 945.
  • Highly meticulous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Agile, curious, creative, and collaborative.
