Clinical Research Coordinator – DaVita Clinical Research (Henderson, Onsite)
Coordinate late-phase nephrology clinical trials across dialysis centers and physician practices in and around Henderson for DaVita Clinical Research. Manage enrollment, protocol procedures, data quality, regulatory compliance, and study closeout.
Description
- Coordinate and conduct nephrology clinical trials in dialysis centers and physician practices
- Manage late-phase clinical trial activities in Henderson and nearby areas
- Support studies from participant enrollment through maintenance and closeout
- Carry out research procedures in accordance with study protocols
- Work with physician investigators to organize research activities
- Act as the liaison among physicians, study sponsors, and DaVita facility teammates
- Meet or surpass assigned enrollment goals
- Record study data accurately and promptly in electronic data-entry systems
- Address data queries quickly to support project deadlines and database lock
- Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements and applicable laws
- Confirm that study teams follow GCP requirements and applicable laws
- Follow DCR standard operating procedures, company policies, and clinical research industry standards
- Support compliance with healthcare and clinical research regulations
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least one year of clinical research experience managing studies from startup through closeout, or equivalent experience
- Reliable transportation for travel between local research sites
- Commitment to and demonstration of DaVita’s values
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and reprioritize in a changing work environment
- Self-directed approach with strong initiative, urgency, and follow-through
- Experience handling confidential information or issues with discretion and sound judgment
- SOCRA or ACRP Clinical Research Coordinator certification is preferred
- Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable healthcare and research regulations
- Ability to perform research procedures according to study protocols
- Ability to enter data accurately and promptly into electronic data-entry systems
