Description

  • Provide reporting, analysis, and daily data-request support to business teams
  • Build and maintain recurring management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical deliverables
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to address business questions and inform operational and management decisions
  • Convert stakeholder reporting and data needs into well-defined analytical requirements
  • Investigate data questions, discrepancies, and reporting problems while coordinating fixes with data and technology teams
  • Check reports and data outputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Help document enterprise KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting standards
  • Enable business users to work effectively with data, reports, and self-service analytics tools
  • Streamline, improve, and automate recurring reporting and analysis workflows
  • Participate in testing and validating reports, datasets, metrics, and analytical products
  • Contribute to additional analytical projects and initiatives
  • Clarify and prioritize data requests, communicate findings and blockers, and record resolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related discipline
  • Professional experience using Python or a comparable analytical programming language
  • Strongly preferred experience writing and working with SQL
  • Experience with reporting, data visualization, analytics, or business intelligence tools is preferred
  • Experience using AI-assisted analysis or coding tools is advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, including translating business questions into data-driven analysis
  • Complete fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a consistent focus on data accuracy
  • Proactive working style, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage competing requests and priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in lending or financial services, business-user support, and data reconciliation is preferred
