Description
- Support Sales and Marketing by delivering retail events, staff and product training, and visual and digital marketing initiatives
- Represent Jetty Extracts with professionalism at retail events, external activations, and on social media
- Share the company’s brand story, product benefits, and core messaging with dispensary staff, partners, and consumers
- Develop and support retail accounts through training, merchandising, events, and promotional activities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess account needs, identify inventory gaps, and uncover growth opportunities
- Cultivate strong working relationships with retail and dispensary partners
- Record and report weekly activity, including displays, trainings, and events, through CRM tools
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Sales capability, including active listening, objection handling, and negotiation
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- At least two years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or a related field
- Genuine interest in the cannabis industry
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Availability for full-time work Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to travel regularly within the local Long Island area
