Lead Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation operations for Emerson’s automation technology and software organization in a hybrid Philippines role. Oversee automation development, project delivery, service levels, and team performance.
Description
- Oversee the team’s day-to-day Automation Development operations
- Support the Operations Manager in improving service levels, productivity, and efficiency
- Direct project assignments that deliver automated processes
- Drive strategic execution and implementation initiatives
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of tailored automation solutions
- Manage the complete automation solution lifecycle, from opportunity identification and requirements gathering through development, testing, and deployment with Intelligent Automation tools
- Keep service-level agreements aligned with established targets
- Coordinate employee planning, work allocation, and direction with the manager
- Prepare new hires with the knowledge and skills required for independent work
- Provide ongoing coaching and promote staff involvement in decisions
- Assess project risks and implement mitigations based on their potential impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline
- At least eight years of experience in IT support operations, project management, process improvement, or related IT project development and implementation work
- Progressive experience in supervisory and leadership roles
- Background delivering projects across multiple technologies and functional areas
- Experience using Power Platform and comparable automation tools
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework or another Agile methodology
