Airbnb Operations Manager
Run a portfolio of short-term rental properties for ALB Conciergerie as an independent operator. The role covers listings, pricing, bookings, guest support, service teams and owner acquisition.
Description
- Oversee and improve a portfolio of properties across Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel.
- Build and refine property listings, including photos, copy and search optimization.
- Apply yield management and dynamic pricing.
- Manage reservations and guest relationships.
- Respond to messages, coordinate check-ins and resolve disputes.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.
- Find property owners interested in outsourcing rental management.
- Run operations through the ALB platform.
- You may recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions from their activity.
Requirements
- Work as an independent contractor or freelancer.
- Be able to persuade property owners and build their trust.
- Experience in real estate, sales or another field is welcome.
- Bring motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
- Be willing to develop recurring, long-term income.
