Description
- Assess business processes and their impact on company performance
- Find AI opportunities with teams in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service and Knowledge Management
- Design AI use cases that create business value
- Build business cases for practical AI initiatives, assessing benefits, costs, productivity gains and economic impact
- Set evidence-based priorities for AI projects
- Organize business needs and translate them into clear requirements for AI engineers
- Use Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Voice AI, RAG systems, multi-agent solutions and modern automation platforms
- Collaborate with business teams, AI engineers and senior leaders in the AI Center of Excellence
- Help shape and develop new AI initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in business, technology, analytics or a related field, such as Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Controlling or Business Analytics, or an equivalent discipline
- At least three years of professional experience in a business setting
- Experience building and assessing business cases
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business viability and investment decisions
- Confidence working with numbers, analysis and presentations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is an advantage
- Interest in AI, automation and digital transformation
- Willingness to travel every four to six weeks
- Structured working style
- Excellent German communication skills at C1 level or above
