Accounts Receivable Specialist - Kärcher, Hybrid Voluntari
Manage Order-to-Cash, credit, collections, and banking activities for Kärcher Romania. Support financial reporting automation and coordinate with Shared Services and commercial teams.
Description
- Coordinate with the Shared Services center, monitor performance KPIs, and validate financial reports.
- Assess credit risk, set customer credit limits, and collaborate with trade credit insurance partners.
- Monitor outstanding balances, lead the dunning process, and resolve commercial disputes with Sales and Customer Service.
- Manage relationships with partner banks, bank guarantee letters, and corporate cards.
- Contribute to IT and ERP projects that simplify and automate financial reporting.
- Serve as the primary Order-to-Cash contact between local finance operations, Shared Services, and commercial departments.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, or Order-to-Cash.
- Previous experience in a multinational commercial company.
- Advanced ERP skills; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level for daily international communication.
- Excellent data analysis, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.
- University degree in economics or a related field.
