Accounting Associate
Manage a varied client portfolio at EXCO, a French audit and accounting network. Prepare tax filings and annual accounts, and advise business owners.
Description
- Oversee a varied portfolio of clients
- Prepare VAT returns, annual accounts, tax packages and supplementary tax filings
- Present financial results alongside the Branch Manager
- Offer clients basic tax guidance
- Contribute to advisory work for business owners
- Work under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
- Use digital tools to support clients’ accounting and administrative processes
- Assist business owners with their needs
- Work with chartered accountants and the branch team
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as a DCG, CCA, DSCG or equivalent
- Have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably at an accounting firm
- Work with relative independence and take initiative
- Show a strong interest in managing client relationships
- Be curious, organized and methodical
- Have a strong interest in digital tools
- Be proficient in, or able to use, Pennylane, RCA Bilan Imagé, Prévi Flash, NEO Expert, COT TNS, an internal document management system, a digital platform and Microsoft Office
- Live in the local area
