विवरण

  • Direct digital delivery technologies, data, standards, and processes across Shive-Hattery.
  • Work with discipline groups, drawing and graphics standards teams, and internal partners to coordinate Virtual Design standards, resources, and workflows.
  • Identify development needs in Virtual Design software, workflows, data practices, and staff capabilities.
  • Strengthen company-wide Virtual Design, BIM, and data standards.
  • Train, coach, and support staff in person and remotely across office locations.
  • Monitor industry changes and emerging technologies, data practices, and processes.
  • Shape implementation plans for new Virtual Design technologies, workflows, and data-driven practices.
  • Oversee development and governance of Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D startup files and related resources.
  • Build and maintain reusable content, BIM assets, data standards, and supporting documentation.
  • Help multidisciplinary teams deliver integrated design solutions for clients in varied industries.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Associate degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction, design technology, or a related field; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Three to five years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Experience leading people or managing programs, standards, workflows, or processes.
  • Ability to develop, document, implement, and maintain Virtual Design standards and resources across disciplines and office locations.
  • Ability to train, coach, and assist employees with varying levels of technical experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate with design professionals, project leaders, technology teams, and company leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver company-wide programs and process improvements.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Shive-Hattery offices.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Autodesk Forma, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
  • A current, clean driver’s license is required.
  • Ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • A cover letter, resume, and portfolio are required for consideration.
