- Work with attorneys, clients, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions

आवश्यकताएँ
- Be an active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar
- Have at least five years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights
- Be willing and able to use the firm’s case management and reporting software proactively
- Have a strong grounding in civil procedure, motion practice, and loss mitigation
- Know title and lien priority, title claims, foreclosure, eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors’ rights practice generally
- Attend court appearances and undertake related travel
- Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Show strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Provide excellent client support and exercise sound judgment
- Additional bar admissions are a plus
