- पेय निर्माता के ऑर्डर प्रबंधन कार्यान्वयन के लिए सेल्सफोर्स-से-SAP इंटीग्रेशन का नेतृत्व करें
- क्लाइंट के आईटी संगठन के साथ दो सप्ताह की समाधान खोज प्रक्रिया संचालित करें
- SAP सेवाओं के लिए इंटरफेस अनुबंध, पेलोड प्रारूप, त्रुटि अर्थविज्ञान, इडेम्पोटेंसी और रीट्राई व्यवहार परिभाषित करें
- फरवरी के गो-लाइव की दिशा में पांच बिल्ड स्प्रिंट में डिलीवरी की रूपरेखा बनाएं और उसका निर्देशन करें
- SAP Integration Suite के माध्यम से SAP ऑर्डर हेडर और लाइन का सेल्सफोर्स में इनबाउंड सिंक्रोनाइज़ेशन डिज़ाइन करें
- ऑर्डर परिवर्तन, रद्दीकरण और रिटर्न प्राधिकरणों के लिए SAP राइट-बैक डिज़ाइन करें, जिसमें कारण कोड दर्ज किए जाएं
- विफल, आंशिक और डुप्लिकेट लेन-देन के लिए वैलिडेशन, अपवाद प्रबंधन, मिलान और समवर्ती नियंत्रण लागू करें
- खोज प्रक्रिया के दौरान SAP सेवा उपलब्धता, रिलीज़, ऑर्डर-स्थिति मॉडल, प्राधिकरण सीमाएं तथा ऐतिहासिक ऑर्डर की मात्रा और कटऑफ निर्धारित करें
- स्प्रिंट समारोहों और परीक्षण के दौरान मौजूदा प्रोग्राम टीम तथा अमेरिका-आधारित लीड आर्किटेक्ट के साथ सहयोग करें
- इंटीग्रेशन के लिए वरिष्ठ तकनीकी प्राधिकरण के रूप में कार्य करें
- क्लाइंट की SAP विकास टीम के लिए कार्यान्वयन विनिर्देश तैयार करें
आवश्यकताएँ
- सेल्सफोर्स में आठ से दस वर्ष का अनुभव और वर्तमान समाधान या तकनीकी आर्किटेक्चर की जिम्मेदारी हो
- सेल्सफोर्स-से-SAP इंटीग्रेशन को शुरू से अंत तक पूरा किया हो, जिसमें केवल रीड-ओनली डेटा एक्सपोज़र के बजाय लेन-देन आधारित SAP राइट-बैक शामिल हो
- इडेम्पोटेंसी कुंजियों, कॉरिलेशन आईडी, रीट्राई और बैकऑफ रणनीतियों, डेड-लेटर प्रोसेसिंग तथा क्रॉस-सिस्टम मिलान का अनुभव प्रदर्शित करें
- BAPI over RFC और OData, दोनों का उपयोग करके SAP बिक्री-ऑर्डर निर्माण, परिवर्तन और रद्दीकरण इंटरफेस को समझें
- Apex callouts, named credentials, platform events, External Services और Salesforce Order data model का अनुभव हो
- बाहरी SAP टीमों के लिए कार्यान्वयन-तैयार इंटरफेस विनिर्देश लिखें और उनके बारे में क्लाइंट से सीधे संवाद करें
- अंग्रेज़ी में धाराप्रवाह संवाद करें और अमेरिका-आधारित टीम के साथ डिलीवरी समारोहों में भाग लें
- SAP Integration Suite, विशेषकर Cloud Integration, का अनुभव वांछनीय है
- Salesforce Integration Architect प्रमाणन वांछनीय है
