Turkish-Speaking Service Sales Manager
Grow service sales for poultry processing equipment across Turkey and Iraq. Advise food producers and lead the sales cycle for JBT Marel service solutions.

- Expand sales of service agreements and spare parts to poultry equipment customers in Turkey and Iraq.
- Visit food producers using JBT Marel equipment to promote services, process expertise, and parts.
- Find sales opportunities and recommend solutions that improve total cost of ownership, machine performance, throughput, and quality.
- Coordinate, prepare, and document visits to customers and prospects.
- Manage the sales process independently, proposing solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Work with Service Area Managers, Service Engineers, and Account Managers.
- Oversee the Turkey and Iraq markets, strengthen lasting customer relationships, and grow sales.
- Set your schedule, maintain the sales pipeline, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.

- Technical education, such as mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a business engineering qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a technical setting, preferably with a capital equipment manufacturer.
- At least 2–3 years of experience selling services or capital goods.
- Residence in the Netherlands and ability to commute to the Boxmeer office.
- Knowledge of the food processing industry is an advantage.
- Confident spoken English.
- Turkish language skills are a plus.
- Able to work independently and plan tasks and weekly schedules.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 50% of the time.
