  • Manage supplier pricing across the full lifecycle
  • Monitor market conditions and raw material cost drivers
  • Evaluate supplier increase notices and index data, recommend negotiation positions, and conduct negotiations
  • Work with suppliers and upstream supply chains to achieve cost reductions
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Planning, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Marketing
  • Support can-sourcing strategy as the business expands across Latin America
  • Oversee corrugate pricing, promotions, configurations, and cost requests
  • Develop cost models, price lists, and variance analyses
  • Support custom molding solutions for bottle-conversion projects
  • Travel up to 30% to suppliers and contract manufacturers in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Three to seven years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience with direct materials such as packaging, components, or raw materials
  • Experience with contract manufacturing on the client or supplier side
  • Practical knowledge of plastics, including resin, bottles, and injection or blow molding
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data-driven supplier pricing and negotiate increases and reductions
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort analyzing detailed cost data
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and intellectual curiosity
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Additional experience with can or metal packaging, corrugate, Power BI, Microsoft D365, or international sourcing is advantageous
