- Demonstrated experience leading one or more teams
- Experience guiding a workstream toward building the appropriate product

- Interest in Rust and functional programming principles
- Strong proficiency in Rust, TypeScript, and the Node.js toolchain
- Knowledge of established software development practices
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and identify non-functional requirements
- Practical experience with agile approaches including TDD, pair programming, and short iterative feedback cycles
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, particularly AWS
- Experience designing and implementing cloud architecture
