- Shape architectural direction and strategies for scaling systems
- Support the growth of engineering culture, hiring, and onboarding
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least seven years of professional software engineering experience
- At least two years leading cross-functional agile teams as a team lead or engineering manager
- Advanced proficiency in Python
- Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure and CI/CD practices
- Demonstrated leadership in agile, fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript is a plus
- Background in health tech, AI/ML, or DevOps is a plus
- Experience in a startup or scaling product organization is a plus
- Experience developing customer-facing platforms is a plus
