- Support reports and dashboard development for business decision-making
- Gather and organize data from social media, web analytics, and other digital sources
- Develop reports and dashboards covering social performance, website and campaign analytics, and sentiment studies
- Compare data across periods to identify trends and opportunities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data with social listening tools and other digital platforms
- Work with senior team members on assigned activities
- Report to the Social Media Supervisor
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma required
- Completed or ongoing higher education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of social media and the key metrics used to measure its performance
- Ability to produce clear, visually engaging reports
- Proactive, accountable team player who can work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Experience in data analysis, digital marketing, Social Intelligence, or a similar role, preferably at a marketing agency
- Familiarity with the digital ecosystem, including social media, social listening tools, web analytics, data visualization, and paid media platforms
- Ability to translate data into business insights and opportunities
- Strong communication skills for presenting results clearly
