- Lead integrated marketing strategies that build awareness, demand, and commercial growth for SGS testing services
- Develop targeted B2B campaigns for major brands, manufacturers, retailers, and independent brands
- Collaborate with Business Line leaders, laboratory operations, sales, and global marketing teams
- Plan multichannel marketing across digital, social media, events, email, paid media, and industry partnerships
- Write, edit, and produce capability sheets, case studies, landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, recruitment advertisements, and promotional materials
- Turn technical testing capabilities into clear, compelling B2B value propositions
- Create B2C content that attracts consumer panelists and explains the value, safety, and experience of product testing
- Manage and optimize websites, landing pages, social channels, and email platforms
- Maintain editorial calendars and consistent marketing activity
- Deliver B2B lead-generation and brand-visibility campaigns
- Develop B2C recruitment campaigns through paid social, local outreach, community partnerships, and targeted digital advertising
- Support product launches, claims-testing promotions, seasonal initiatives, and industry events
- Measure campaign performance, lead generation, recruitment, and digital engagement, then refine strategy to improve ROI

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is required
- Advanced degree or digital marketing certifications are preferred
- Proven success developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies for commercial growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across B2B and B2C audiences
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality marketing content in multiple formats
- Practical experience with email automation, paid and organic social media, SEO/SEM, landing pages, and CRM systems
- Strong record of collaborating across Sales, Operations, Laboratory or Technical teams, Regulatory, and global marketing
- Ability to turn complex scientific or technical information into clear, persuasive, customer-focused marketing narratives
- Strong knowledge of claims substantiation, regulatory considerations, and trends in cosmetics and personal care
- Experience evaluating marketing performance through analytics, dashboards, engagement measures, and ROI reporting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Familiarity with global or matrixed organizations and adapting communications for regional and international audiences
