- Design, build, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications
- Develop complex integrations aligned with institutional requirements
- Expand and scale NYU’s Workday HCM and Payroll environments
- Independently collect and document business requirements
- Connect technical teams with functional stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet rigorous technical standards
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline, such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
- At least three years of Workday Extend development experience
- At least five years of Workday integrations development experience
- Strong experience with Workday Extend, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connect, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT
- Strong understanding of HR systems and related business processes
- Ability to work independently within defined parameters and escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Agile software development practices
- Understanding of business principles for functional areas in higher education environments
- Familiarity with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, and MySQL
- Understanding of tools and technologies used for application development, administration, and support
- Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow
- Master’s degree in a technology-related field preferred
- At least three years of experience in higher education or a complex global enterprise preferred
