- At least three years of experience building and launching production Web3 back-end systems
- Strong experience integrating protocols and smart contracts, including complex transaction flows and RPC interactions
- Solid understanding of EVM internals, smart contract design patterns, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with tools such as Tenderly, ethers, viem, and wagmi
- Ability to overcome technical challenges with creativity and persistence
- Comfort working independently amid shifting priorities
- Commitment to building products users can trust
- Care for secure, fault-tolerant, and maintainable infrastructure
- Experience deploying smart contracts to mainnet and EVM-compatible networks
- Solidity experience
- Experience developing DeFi protocols
- Back-end JavaScript experience with Node.js
