Senior UK Payroll Specialist (Remote)
Manage UK client payrolls remotely for CloudPay, covering accurate processing, statutory calculations, compliance submissions, and payroll record maintenance. Support clients and colleagues while helping maintain payroll systems and improve processes.
विवरण
- Process several client payrolls accurately, efficiently, and within required deadlines
- Support clients with payroll-related questions and provide holiday or emergency cover when needed
- Keep payroll data and records up to date in the CloudPay payroll application
- Investigate discrepancies in payroll information and supporting documentation
- Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence, and other documents for UK statutory authorities
- Collaborate with UK payroll colleagues to configure the system for annual updates
- Support associate team members with payroll queries and training
- Identify and recommend process improvements
आवश्यकताएँ
- Extensive experience and working knowledge of UK payroll processing
- Hands-on experience calculating National Insurance, tax, and statutory payments such as SMP and SSP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management, administrative ability, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise client payrolls and deliver them as required
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
