  • Build and maintain software and systems that increase service availability, scalability, and efficiency
  • Define the architecture for infrastructure and platform services
  • Create tools and workflows for deployment, change, service, and infrastructure management
  • Diagnose and resolve critical systems issues across the software development life cycle
  • Advance the capabilities and performance of the engineering platform
  • Plan capacity and forecast demand
  • Take part in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Partner with product development, developer experience, backend infrastructure, Engineering, and Applied Science teams

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Extensive experience working with AWS and Linux
  • Ability to read, write, and debug code effectively in production systems
  • Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
  • Working knowledge of DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, and TCP/IP
  • Ability to break down complex problems and evaluate delivery tradeoffs
  • At least 5 years of experience managing infrastructure and systems
  • Proven understanding of how to instrument, operate, and monitor distributed microservices in a production cloud environment
  • Strong communication skills with cross-functional partners at varying technical levels
