- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing is preferred
- Deep expertise in a defined engineering area, such as Process or Packaging
- Strong command of engineering and capital project fundamentals across Process, Packaging, Electrical, Controls, or Construction Management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from concept and design through commissioning and handover
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing or start-up-style operations is desirable
