- Lead engineering for hyperscale data center projects
- Design plumbing systems for large data centers
- Contribute specialized technical guidance to studies and designs
- Review and approve project work
- Work with engineers and stakeholders to set specifications and design criteria
- Provide technical expertise for studies and design work
- Explain complex technical solutions to clients
- Check the quality of work produced by others
- Help develop technical proposals
- Estimate engineering budgets and schedules for large projects
- Coordinate with AECOM teams worldwide on major data center projects
- Attend occasional scheduled site visits, client meetings, project milestones, in-person collaboration sessions, and other business-critical activities
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- At least six years of building systems engineering experience, primarily designing plumbing systems for large buildings
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit
- Working knowledge of local and national building codes
- Proficiency in engineering calculations, spreadsheets, and report writing
- Broad experience in plumbing project design and delivery
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Knowledge of sustainable plumbing design and basic LEED practices
- Professional Engineer license preferred
- Certified in Plumbing Design credential preferred
- Strong written communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Must be able to work in the United States; U.S. employment authorization sponsorship is unavailable now and in the future
