Senior Oracle FCCS Consultant – Hybrid in Brazil

- Lead implementation, support, and enhancement work for Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specializing in FCCS
- Gather and evaluate requirements with business stakeholders
- Configure and parameterize Oracle FCCS to meet business requirements
- Manage processes related to financial consolidation and accounting close
- Apply FCCS capabilities including consolidation rules, eliminations, currency translation, and hierarchies
- Attend alignment, progress, and solution-design meetings
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Assist users through testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities
- Investigate and resolve incidents and enhancement requests
- Spot improvement opportunities and recommend solutions based on business needs and market practices
- Partner with technical and functional teams to investigate and resolve issues

- Substantial experience with Oracle EPM Cloud
- Advanced experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Experience delivering FCCS implementation, support, or enhancement projects
- Understanding of financial consolidation and accounting close processes
- Experience eliciting and analyzing requirements with business users
- Knowledge of Oracle FCCS configuration and parameterization
- Advanced English proficiency preferred
- Advanced Spanish proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of additional Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Planning, PBCS/EPBCS, Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Tax Reporting, preferred
- Experience with financial, accounting, and consolidation processes preferred
- Knowledge of integrations with other Oracle solutions or corporate systems preferred
- Oracle EPM-related certifications preferred
- Experience working on international projects preferred
