Senior Motion Graphics Designer - Latin America Remote
PlayQ is seeking a senior motion graphics designer to create short-form user acquisition advertising for its mobile games. The role focuses on improving creative performance across leading paid media platforms.

- Create and animate motion graphics for user acquisition, social, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Edit gameplay footage, promotional video, AI-generated content, voiceover, music, and sound effects into short-form advertisements.
- Use editorial judgment, pacing, timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling to develop engaging marketing creative.
- Develop original creative concepts and produce high-volume variations of existing advertisements.
- Produce performance-focused video ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, Moloco, and other paid media channels.
- Create well-organized, modular After Effects files and reusable creative templates.
- Resize and reformat marketing assets for different aspect ratios, formats, and advertising placements.
- Keep project files, naming conventions, source materials, and deliverables organized.
- Apply AI tools to ideation, content creation, editing, iteration, and creative adaptation.
- Track mobile advertising trends, creative technologies, social formats, competitor work, and user acquisition practices.
- Partner with the Creative Director, User Acquisition, Design, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, digital advertising, or performance marketing creative, including mobile game user acquisition work.
- A strong portfolio featuring motion design, editorial storytelling, gameplay advertising, and short-form video production.
- Advanced Adobe After Effects skills.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- In-depth knowledge of animation, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, compositing, pacing, rhythm, storytelling, music editing, sound design, and audio synchronization.
- Ability to combine gameplay footage, UI elements, typography, visual effects, sound, and graphic design into short-form ads.
- Experience with user acquisition testing, hook development, performance marketing workflows, and creative optimization.
- Experience creating organized, modular project files and reusable templates.
- Familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, Moloco, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Understanding of CTR, CPI, ROAS, conversion, retention, and hook-performance metrics.
- Experience using AI in creative production, including Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, ChatGPT, and Claude.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage creative projects independently from concept to final delivery.
