Support Gilmours South Island’s integration into Foodstuffs North Island by managing project financial models, forecasts, controls and benefits tracking. Help transition project finance processes into ongoing business operations.

- Provide financial support for integrating Gilmours South Island into Foodstuffs North Island’s systems and operating practices.
- Lead project reporting, forecasting, cost control and benefits tracking.
- Help move financial activities, reporting and controls into business-as-usual operations.
- Maintain project financial models, budgets, forecasts and actuals throughout delivery.
- Track operating and capital expenditure, commitments, invoices, accruals and purchase orders.
- Complete monthly project close tasks and reconcile results across Finance systems and project records.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario analyses for changes in scope, timing, resources and delivery assumptions.
- Identify financial risks, opportunities and variances, and coordinate appropriate action with project owners.
- Maintain the project benefits register and monitor revenue, margin, cost, working capital and productivity gains.
- Prepare reports for project governance, Wholesale leadership and Finance.
- Support project governance and commercial decisions, helping deliver long-term business value.

- A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
- Experience supporting projects, programmes or business change initiatives.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, actuals and financial controls.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to derive commercial insight from data through benefits tracking, management reporting and financial analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement.
- Understanding of robust financial controls.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
