Lead data strategy, quality, taxonomies, and workflows for YipitData’s consumer market research and analytics platform. Mentor analysts and expand coverage across new sectors in the United States.

- Lead data strategy and execution for client deliverables across emerging sectors
- Improve product performance through data accuracy, client value, and operational efficiency
- Work with product and revenue leaders to establish and deliver ambitious goals
- Act as the subject-matter expert for data covering emerging sectors
- Support GTM teams in client discussions by explaining methodologies, resolving questions, and aligning solutions with client needs
- Identify data quality problems, resolve them, and deliver scalable improvements
- Build, standardize, and maintain workflows that support expanding coverage
- Manage and refine sector classification systems, including core taxonomies and client-specific categorizations
- Lead as a player-coach by establishing standards for quality, speed, and innovation while developing the team
- Collaborate with Data, Insights, Revenue, and Engineering to support ARR growth and improve processes and pipelines
- Report to the Head of Data
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 8 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead or management role
- At least 4 years of experience using SQL, Python, PySpark, or another programming language to explore and transform large, complex datasets
- Working familiarity with GitHub and Databricks
- Demonstrated experience handling large, untidy, evolving datasets, particularly where definitions or taxonomies change
- Experience developing and maintaining production-grade data workflows
- A strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and manage projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Authorized to work in the United States
