- Build and deliver recurring reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze booking trends, pricing changes, cancellations, and inventory to inform revenue optimization.
- Prepare and transform datasets for analysis.
- Work with Data Engineering to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Create visualizations that explain trends, drivers, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Data Science, RMS engineering, and commercial teams on analytics projects, system changes, and business initiatives.
- Present findings to senior audiences, including the assumptions, limitations, and decision-making implications.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Advanced SQL skills, including querying, joining, and transforming large datasets.
- Experience with data engineering practices for data preparation and validation.
- Proficiency in data visualization methods and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analysis to senior or executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, agile environment.
- Power BI or Tableau dashboard development experience preferred.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, such as cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and Databricks, preferred.
- Experience supporting analytics in the travel, hospitality, or cruise industry preferred.
- Exposure to data quality validation, metric governance, or analytics modernization initiatives preferred.
- Availability to work onsite at the Woodland Hills, California office three days each week.
- Must be able to work from the office on Monday and Thursday, plus one additional weekday each week.
- Must state whether employment visa sponsorship will be required.
