Senior CyberArk PAM Engineer
Administer and optimise CyberArk privileged access systems, supporting enterprise security operations through configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and access control.

- Maintain CyberArk configurations, applications, and the platform through routine updates and upkeep.
- Monitor the health, availability, and performance of the CyberArk PAM environment.
- Investigate CyberArk incidents, find root causes, and coordinate escalations as needed.
- Monitor and respond to CyberArk logs, alerts, and security events.
- Manage privileged account onboarding, password policies, and access settings.
- Work with CyberArk Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP components.
- Support integrations between CyberArk and Active Directory.
- Coordinate patching, platform upgrades, certificate renewals, and maintenance.
- Work with IAM Operations on privileged account provisioning and access issues.
- Address IAM team and end-user questions about privileged access and platform functionality.
- Analyse logs and investigate alerts for potential security issues or operational failures.
- Check service requests against approved runbooks and standard procedures.
- Document completed work, configuration changes, and incident resolutions in ServiceNow.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure work meets SLAs, security policies, audit requirements, and client standards.
- Find ways to improve platform stability, operational efficiency, and privileged access security.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least seven years of hands-on experience administering and supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Have in-depth knowledge of CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP components.
- Have strong experience onboarding privileged accounts and managing passwords, access controls, and policies.
- Be able to troubleshoot CyberArk incidents and resolve platform issues.
- Understand Active Directory integration and enterprise identity management.
- Have experience analysing logs, investigating security alerts, and supporting incident response in PAM environments.
- Be familiar with patch management, certificate renewals, platform upgrades, and routine maintenance.
- Have used IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and followed documented procedures.
- Bring strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively with IAM Operations, security teams, and end users in a managed services environment.
- Understand security best practices, compliance requirements, and privileged access governance.
- CyberArk Trustee, Defender, or Sentry certifications are preferred; Guardian or Luminary certifications are an advantage.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with SIEM platforms and exposure to cloud PAM environments such as AWS or Azure are desirable.
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification is an advantage.
