Senior Content Strategy Team Lead (Remote)
Lead content strategy for NEOLYMP’s fitness products and e-commerce business. Develop performance creatives and funnel concepts while managing the in-house graphic design team.
विवरण
- Own content strategy across performance channels, especially Meta, and the online store.
- Create the creative roadmap, including advertising concepts, angles, hooks, and formats.
- Establish a structured testing pipeline informed by audience insights, awareness stages, and competitor research.
- Plan and improve landing and funnel pages with the Shopify Manager.
- Lead content execution for sales events, from messaging arcs and creative concepts to landing pages and cross-channel scheduling.
- Research products and audiences to shape clear product positioning.
- Track market, competitor, and platform developments and turn findings into content hypotheses.
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the graphic design team.
- Set priorities, give constructive feedback, and support team members’ professional growth.
- Write detailed creative briefs and coordinate content production.
- Work with Creator Management and shooting planning.
- Evaluate creative and landing-page performance alongside the Performance Team.
- Turn performance findings into learnings, iterations, and new concepts.
- Develop a knowledge base of audiences, hooks, and scalable content formats.
- Report directly to the Head of E-Commerce.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Proven experience scaling performance campaigns on Meta, with TikTok, Google, or YouTube experience preferred.
- Track record of producing creatives that generated profitable results at substantial budgets.
- Previous experience leading a team or creative professionals.
- Strong command of direct-response principles, awareness stages, hook mechanics, and funnel psychology.
- Experience planning landing pages, funnel pages, or e-commerce/D2C sales events.
- Advanced research skills spanning customer interviews, review analysis, surveys, competitor research, and Ad Library analysis.
- Comfort interpreting ROAS, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CPA, and conversion rate data.
- Excellent written and verbal briefing and communication skills.
- A well-developed design eye and the ability to evaluate creative quality.
- Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fitness, sports, or health industry experience is advantageous.
- Experience with UGC and creator content in performance production is advantageous.
- Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, or creative production is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, or Amazon Marketing is advantageous.
