  • Partner with application development teams to build reliable, automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Architect and maintain cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Automate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and recovery processes.
  • Build and maintain observability platforms, especially Datadog for metrics, logs, traces, and alerts.
  • Set monitoring, SLO, and alerting strategies to strengthen reliability and reduce time to resolve incidents.
  • Improve cloud cost efficiency by finding savings and applying cost controls while preserving performance.
  • Manage configuration with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Maintain VMware environments for availability, scale, and performance.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for production incidents, analyze root causes, and lead lasting fixes.
  • Work with security teams to uphold infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and ongoing improvements.
  • Tune system performance, plan capacity, and analyze costs.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to technical standards and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and operational documentation.
  • Design and optimize scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Manage VMware and container platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes, across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Use Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go with Terraform or CloudFormation to standardize and automate provisioning and delivery.
  • Build efficient deployment pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Git.
  • Troubleshoot production performance using SQL Server, IIS, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 7–8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
  • At least five years designing, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments across Windows, Linux, and SQL-based systems.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise data center technologies, including storage platforms, network switching, and security infrastructure.
  • Deep experience with at least one major cloud provider; AWS is preferred, with Azure or GCP also accepted.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Advanced knowledge of virtualization and container platforms, including VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, plus Docker and Kubernetes in production.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash, and/or Go.
  • Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions, including Datadog.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to manage priorities, influence stakeholders, and lead technical initiatives.
  • Experience leading large-scale cloud migrations to AWS is preferred.
  • Strong SQL Server administration experience is preferred.
  • CI/CD expertise with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Git, Jira, or CircleCI is preferred.
  • Cloud cost optimization and FinOps experience, including rightsizing, Reserved Instances or Savings Plans, tagging, and budgets, is preferred.
  • Ability to establish DevOps and cloud governance standards is preferred.
